I'm currently a Science teacher, but I have worked for a vinyl fence/deck company (Styx Valley Vinyl) as a subcontractor through my time in college, and during my summer breaks for the past 18 years. I specialize in maintenance free vinyl and aluminum products, but will work with wood products as well. By cutting out the middle man it keeps my prices way cheaper than your high dollar companies with a ton of overhead. I do own my own equipment including a mt55 bobcat. This is a smaller walk behind bobcat that I use to dig the holes in varying diameters of 6", 8", 12" and depths up to 48" that saves time, money, and more importantly a backache. It does not tear up your yard like a full size bobcat and sure beats the old one or two man augers if you know what I'm talking about. Don't waste your money on renting one to find out it will not dig in that soil type because of rocks, roots,trashy back-fill, or especially in late July and August when the ground is like concrete.
