"I am pleased to recommend International Brick and Concrete(IBC) and Rigo Ortez for all asphalt related work. My wife and I needed a driveway overlay due to severe cracking in our 20 year old+ driveway. We called and then interviewed a number of contractors from the area, none of whom were particularly responsive and all of whom were a bit evasive regarding price, specific work to be done and timing. We each separately described our feelings about these contractors as “sketchy”. Rigo was immediately different – he was obviously professional and directly answered all questions. He responded to our message within an hour, showed up to our appointment on time, answered all questions clearly and concisely, provided a proposal within a few hours of our meeting and then completed the job the following week on the day agreed. The price was lower than most of the other quotes we received and overall it was very competitively priced. The driveway work was done by Rigo and his crew exactly as described and per specifications and looks beautiful. While we don’t have direct experience with their brick and concrete work, based on the asphalt job completed for us and RIgo’s professionalism, I am confident they would provide similar quality work. "Concreto Plus was responsive in coming by to provide an estimate for the job. They described the process in detail, and gave me a lower price than 2 other estimates. The work was delayed by weather, but was quickly rescheduled. They completely removed the original concrete driveway, installed a bed of stone, and a steel framework. The following day, they installed, graded (so water runs off to the street), and broom textured the driveway. They were respectful of the plants around the driveway. I'm very happy with the final product."

"The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

"The whole project--from estimation through completion--went really well. We have a rowhouse, and we got fencing for both sides of our rear driveway and a roll-up garage door. They were able to deal with two large trees on either side that the fence had to be custom cut / fitted around and the result looks really good. We had one small issue where the final state of some cement they had to break up on the neighbor's side was making our neighbor unhappy, and when I emailed Gus about it he immediately emailed back and they came back to fix it later and it looks great. There are always going to be small issues like that on a big project, and Gus's responsiveness was outstanding."
