They were able to come out next day and treat my home. Adrian arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and did a good job of helping me understand the whole process of treating my home. The treatment was two days ago so as for now my 5 star rating is for the customer service that i’ve received so far, not for the treatment because it is too soon to tell. But I have not seen any more pests yet so that’s a good sign. Thanks Adrian and Prize Pest Control!"

"They lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn’t take them with me if I moved because it wasn’t that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me. I reached out for help only to be robbed and to have to pay someone else for the same thing. Don’t hire these guys, they don’t care about their customers after they get their money."
