Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. He was very professional and took the time to know not only the problem that needed repair but our personal and financial situation! We had added a Sunroom apprx 20 yrs ago and it had developed multiple areas where it was leaking when it rained! He Provided several options to handle the repair. "Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. "Best experience I've ever had with a roofer. I spoke with Rico about a roof leak I had discovered. (It was due to rain for the next 4 days) he told me he could come by at 1 o'clock. He arrived early, went right to work, found the problem and had it repaired in just a few minutes. In addition to repairing the leak he was kind enough to use a broom and a blower to remove all the limbs and leaves off my roof to help prevent water from backing up under my shingles and causing a future leak.
