"Set was thorough in explaining the worst-case scenario of repairing our cracked tile and grout. He also provided multiple options for getting the job done. Ofir ended up removing the damaged tile without disturbing anything around it, which made the job simpler and less expensive in the end (but not every project will turn out this well). Communication was good and I would hire him again."

"Scott loves a challenge and thank God because I inadvertently handed him one. What started as a simple changing of hinges on a door from single action to double action became much more than that. As he took the hinges off we noticed all sorts of unevenness in how they were originally mounted so he had to drill and chisel new channels just to make sure everything was even and then further “sculpt” the channels to accommodate the double action hinge. So not only did he get the handyman stuff done effectively but he did it in a very artistic way and seemed very pleased to have a job that he really had to get creative on. And in the end the job went 2 hours 15 minutes and he charged me for exactly that (no rounding-up funny business) Scott was great and I HIGHLY recommend him especially if the job requires someone who needs to think on their feet."
