"I usually call the same big, overpriced plumbing company everyone does because of name recognition. This time I gave Angel at Clever Plumbing a shot after he responded to my Angi listing, and he far exceeded my expectations. Angel was courteous, patient when I had to reschedule, and showed up early and prepared. He replaced a failing kitchen faucet with a new Delta. He also tightened a loose bathroom faucet I had planned to replace, telling me it still had life in it and saving me the money this time around. He even removed an old glass shower door embedded in a vintage tile stall, the same day as his initial assessment. He sealed all the screw holes so it looks as good as it can and hauled the door away. I'd been trying to get that door removed for years! His rates were reasonable for the work performed, and it felt good not to get bilked by another exorbitant plumbing invoice. I operate several group homes in the city and look forward to using Angel again. Highly recommended."

"In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job.

Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes. 

In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."

In the end I decided to proceed with his business Chandler's Plumbing and set up and appointment for install today at 3pm. Josh showed up at my door 3:20pm and they replaced old 19y old leaking tank with new Rheem and were done by 4:05pm. That's 45min for entire operation!
