"Carlos and his crew were great to work with. We had unexpected rain on moving day. The piano had to go up a grassy 1 story hill with our stand up piano. I was really nervous the piano would get wet or muddy but Carlos assured me they could handle it and talked me through their process and gear. We lucked out woth a break in the rain and not much mud and they delivered on time with a securely wrapped up piano. Would recommend!"
