"SP Fence is the Best! We selected SP Fence after noting they were the highest rated company on several sites. They wouldn’t let a thing like a pandemic get in the way of serving their customers. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! "I have used Pro Team Works in the past to wash my windows and did not have any issues so when I saw on their website that they provided deck maintenance, I decided to use them. BIG MISTAKE! I was provided a proposal for the stain and repairs of my deck-mind you I told them my deck required repairs. Once I signed the proposal, I advised the manager, Doug that I wanted the work to be done the week of July 22nd. I assumed the repairs would be completed before the deck maintenance. My deck was washed and sprayed with chemicals then stained. The guy who completed the staining said someone would be coming in a few days to complete the repairs but no one showed up so I had to call Doug who assured me the work would be complete within the next few days but when the guy showed up, he only completed one repair and said he was done. I pointed out to him the other repairs that were required, he became combative and said this was the only one and said he was going to do them for free. I asked him who owned the company and he said his family. I called the office and requested to speak to the owner but Doug said he was not there but I could speak with him. I told him I would prefer to speak with the owner, he said he would give him the message. I called back within 15 minutes and told Doug the conduct and discussion of the company employee and myself regarding the repairs. Doug proceeded to tell me if I could go outside and look at what needs to be repaired on the deck and let them know that would be helpful. I told him that is what the company should have done when they came to examine my deck and provide the estimate for the staining and repairs. On this same phone call, I asked Doug if he had passed my message on to the owner and now he tells me the owner is out of the country and will not return until the end of August or the beginning of September but he sent him an email. And for this, it took from the week of 7/22 until 8/13 to complete the entire process. It should not have taken this long-there may have been a few days that were not conducive to complete the work-certainly not 3 weeks. I have encountered poor customer service before but what I experience with this company is perhaps the worse. I will never use this company’s service again!"
