"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"They mistakenly cut the 7 ft back splash too short. Took a week for them to come back w/ new one. Their mistake, very inconvenient to us, but wouldn't give us even a small amount off. We def think they should have!"

"<p>I typically do most of the remodeling in my house.  However, we wanted to refinance our house and I was too busy with my job to get some projects finished that I had started.  Capstone was easy to work with from beginning to end.  They showed up on time each and every day of the project and were sensitive to my timing needs to make sure everything was completed in time for the inspection.  Any time I had a question about something, they took the time to answer my question and never seemed to be irritate while doing so.  I am even changed a couple of things on the fly during the project and they were still able to finish within the time table we had set up.  I am pretty nit-picky and can say that I went over everything with a "fine-toothed comb" and I was happy to find that they did a fantastic job.  I would have no problem at all in recommending this company to friends, family and or strangers reading this review.</p>"
