It was a challenge to remove the old unit without breaking any floor or wall tiles. Robert and his crew performed this task successfully and did a great job of installing the new cabinetry. In the process, we had a major plumbing leak in the basement (no fault of Robert's--some old valves did not work properly), but he immediately got us the service of a plumber with whom he often works. This subcontractor charged us a very reasonable price for what turned out to be a time-consuming repair, and Robert stayed around the whole time to make sure everything turned out fine. This took place three months ago, and we are very pleased with the outcome."

"Once the job started, it progressed with minimal downtime. A. W. Martin and his sub-contractors were very competent and helpful, advising us when there were minor, issues and decisions to be made. There was a problem with the insulating contractor, who tried to install fiberglass in the vaulted ceiling without all of the required baffles. Thankfully, the person overseeing the job for A. W. martin noticed this, so they had to return the next day to insulate the ceiling properly."
