"I called Royal Landscapes and we agreed on a date (03/09/18) to meet to review the job. On March 9th, no one from Royal Landscapes bother to show up. There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes."

From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. "The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

He was on time; professional; told us exactly what needed to be done; how he would do it; when he would do it; and where to obtain/select the stones (that was an extra cost of about $3000 on top of his work) he would install. We felt very confident in him, and he really came through! He called us every day to keep in touch as to the next phase and the progress he was making. His crew took great care in placing/setting the stones. He came back to make sure we were satisfied. YES! Get your other quotes and then just hire him! (That's what we did.)"
