In order to finish up before the first snow, Mike spent several hours prepping dirt and laying sod in the rain with temperature in the low 40's. "Here is what I emailed them. Photos not included here. Here's what you did to my yard and my neighbors yard. Drive on top of my yard border. You'll see the tire tracks that I guarantee match your machine. They are not level anymore. Spun tires in the mud. You'll see the width of the mud will match the width of your machine. Broke a yard light. Chunks, not plugs, of grass thrown about from being too wet that day. And the gentlemen used MY gas when his machine ran out. All this after a huge problem last year where I was refunded 50% and told I would get a free service this year, which I didn't get. You seriously need to revaluate your company model. I don't even know what to say, but I have more yard work now then before your service arrived. Thanks."
