They didn't do any work. I felt like the entire intent from the beginning was to see what they could do to get me to put a new roof on versus real estate repair options. Maybe the roof was more in need of a roof than it was repairs so maybe they were just being upfront. He seemed knowledgeable."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks.
