When I was interviewing Roofers, Darryn, came out and not only did he give me a free estimate, but he walked me through the whole process of replacing the roof and help me understand how my insurance company would handle the claim. If I had any questions and called he was the one who answered (which is so rare these days) or if I sent a text or e-mail he would respond so quickly it blew my mind. Roofers have such a bad reputations, but Duration roofing squashes everything bad about roofers. "I contacted three companies for bids. ?Lamar Lang with Titan was easily the most professional company representative that looked at the job. ?His explanations were clear and he went out of his way to discuss all options with me. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. I only wish all home improvement projects could go this easily. Bottom line: ?We are pleased."
