"I bought a old house that for whatever reason, did not have a pantry door I'm not into open shelving so for 3 months I shopped around to see if I could get a door for the pantry. After going to both Home Improvement companies and a custom door retailer, I learned because of the dimensions of the doorway (narrower than the standard) this was going to be a huge challenge. I did not want to remove my door jamb which was in great shape to hang a door. I called KW company early one morning and by noon Kristin was at my door. She looked at the pantry and told me she could build one. And she did exactly that the very next day! She took a piece of thinner piece of wood and cut it to fit perfectly) without taking off my door frame. She didn't charge me a arm and leg to do it. I love my door and show everyone who comes over. I tell them a Woman built this! Prices are reasonable and they are professional. I will call them for my next project."

"The spring (single setup) had broken on our garage door. I called Payless Garage Doors at around 8:30am; a polite representative answered the phone, asked a few questions, and stated they could have someone stop by our home that morning. This was perfect, since there was no way to get the door open in its current condition. About an hour later, Juan (the tech) called me and said he could be at my house in about 45min. He showed up on time and evaluated the issues. Unfortunately, the existing Coplay spring system was unique and would require ordering parts. Also, Juan noted that the existing spring system was inefficient for the size and weight of the current door. At that point, he offered to order the parts and come back when they arrive, or proposed a dual <br /> spring conversion/upgrade which could be completed now, improve the spring efficiency, and allow for easier replacement in the future (standard springs.) He thoroughly explained the conversion, pricing, and provided many specifications (charts) to allow for a better understand of correct spring sizing and configuration. In about an hour, he completed the spring replacement and conversion, tested and inspected everything, and cleaned up.
