"Everything went well. The crew arrived on time and hardly took a break throughout their 12-hour day. The clean-up was near perfect as I did find a few nails in my landscaping (but not the lawn or driveway). It was rained several times since the install and there are no leaks and the gutters are working perfectly. Bob was excellent!  He did everything from replacing the door (which needed to be cut down to size) to stabilizing two stair rails to installing woodwork.  He hung several heavy objects for me in the living room and moved the toilet so that I could finish papering the bathroom.  When he replaced it, he did a proper job of re-installing it - something the floor installers did NOT do. 

Bob did a terrific job on everything.  He is very skilled and can repair just about anything that needs it.  He was prompt and handled everything (even unexpected problems with the door frame) with ease. I will definitely hire him again!
