"We arrived Friday night at our vacation home, turned on the water, and discovered water spraying all over from one of the toilet valves, so  had to turn the water off entirely.  Also discovered the hot water was a nasty brown color, and that one of the faucets had a small leak.  Saturday morning, spoke to Roger, who was on his way out of town, but gave us the names and numbers of 3 other plumbers to try and said if they didn't respond to call him back.  No one did respond, and when we reported that to Roger, he came up before he left town. If he hadn't, we'd have been stuck all Easter weekend without water. <br /> He quickly replaced the toilet valve which had gone bad, and replaced a washer in the faucet, which took care of that leak as well. Then, he suggested the brown hot water might be old sediment in the hot water tank, so he drained it, and when it refilled, the water was just fine. <br /> We were really in a bind and so appreciated his quick response, especially as we've only worked with his company a couple of times in the past - Jerry who works with him is just great, too.  They'll be our first call in the future.  This little town is lucky to have a plumber of this quality with such a sense of responsibility to their customers.  Wish we could find someone like that at our other place."
