"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"Andy is extremely trustworthy.  He was exact on his timeliness for appointments and his estimates for materials and costs were "spot-on."  His expertise and artistry were untapped resources for me.  He was very responsive to returning my calls, at all times during the project.  He suggested time-savings ideas which in turn saved me money.   <br /> The crown molding looks great!  Just like it has always been there.  The base molding in the condo is much approved ... and we did not have to "rip out" the base molding that had originally been installed in the condo when it was built. It ;looks great! <br /> I was not there when all of this work was done ... "The cabinets are just beautiful!!! Don the project coordinator measured all the cabinets took pictures, described how the prep work painting would done and provided a detailed estimate. Don came over a 2nd time provided samples of paint colors to have the ceramic paint tinted. Kevin and Joe did a beautiful job!!!. They took the time to protect my belongings and kept everything clean and tidy when they were done for the day. The project took 1 week. There were 28 doors and 12 drawers. They even put on the new hardware for me! All in all Kevin, Don and Joe were truly professional!!!"

"Very good experience! Kathy walked me through the entire process. She helped design and redesign my kitchen multiple times to get it exactly the way I wanted as I changed my mind multiple times. She was very patient and professional every step of the way. She informed me of the costs and I was very comfortable working with her. There was one cabinet door that was not sealed properly; she promptly took care of it and it was replaced at no charge to me. The most impressive part of the whole experience was that every time I walked in the door, the employees knew my name and welcomed me."
