"We were in dire need of a new roof, and contacted several roofers. Most didn't even return my call. A couple other contractors said they'd come out and do an estimate, but never showed up. Then we found Leneva (Corey Garza and his crew) -- what a breath of fresh air! He immediately came out and measured the roof, and gave us a detailed proposal within a day or two. We gave him the go-ahead, and he scheduled the job. Then our roof began to leak profusely, so we called and asked if he could move us up in the schedule. Amazingly, he was able to move us up (in spite of many days of rain). His crew showed up on time, did the entire project in one day, and cleaned up meticulously! The job included stripping the old shingles (two layers in some places) and replacing two very old skylights, also. The new roof looks great, the new skylights are a nice improvement, and of course the leaks are gone! I highly recommend Leneva. Corey is totally professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with."

"The floor installed in my mobile home half bath is stronger than the original floor. And in a small space. Mr. Mooers righted anything he saw wrong, was efficient, and price was very reasonable. The fence was a big job. He was able to work with some of the pieces I had purchased ahead , and repurpose parts of fencing that had been removed. Including the gate, which made me so happy. The work was done quickly, and my beautiful fence is what I wanted. And all the while keeping my dog safe from it all. I highly recommend this business. "I can't say enough wonderful things about Caron Roofing and Construction. From getting their estimate and the actual installation. They were prompt in their response to my initial inquiry regarding an estimate. The price was reasonable and I elected to have ice and water shield put on the entire roof rather than just the first two rows which was a little extra money . Justin Caron - the project leader, was very precise and extremely helpful even suggesting what color shingles he thought would look nice on my house. I had no idea what color I should go with, I just knew I didn't want black. I chose "slate" as Justin suggested. All the stock was delivered the day before and One crew member showed up at the house at 7:15 a.m. and the rest were here by 7:20 a.m and began immediatley started stripping all the old shingles off at 7:35 am. There was a crew of about 7 and while some were stripping the exisiting shingles, others on the ground was doing cleanup. These guys really knew what the were doing and how to do it. They all were very friendly and respectful. They all worked very well together as if they had been together for years. Justin said they would have the job done in one day and it was completed in one day. When they were finished I couldn't believe how beautiful the roof was and I was so happy I took Justin's color rcommendation. After they all cleared out, my yard, my porches and deck were spotless (like no one had been there). I got into my car and drove by my house three (3) times just admiring my new roof and appreciating the pleasant memories of the job I was dreading most. No dread, no apprehension, it all was a pure pleasure and great satisfaction. No more worries about shingles blowing off my roof or potential leaks in rain, snow or heavy winds. We already had torrential rains and high winds since the new roof and NO PROBLEMS. "I was in need of roofing services ASAP. Shawn and his crew had replaced the shingles on my home in Sanford last year in 2016. Given the professional work rendered in 2016, it was a no-brainer to seek them out again in 2017. Within 3 days of calling them and meeting with Shawn on site, his crew was on-site bright and early. They finished the 18+ square job in one day. This job included replacing the shingles on the main building, two attached porch roofs and a basement entrance. "Brad Freeman just completed replacing our roof in Bath Maine in Dec. 2019. His estimate for the job was competitive or better than other ones we received. He came to our home at a time that was convenient for us and explained how he was going do the entire job and he stayed until all of our questions were answered. When the date we had agreed on had to change because of weather issues Brad kept us fully informed of when he could start that would give us the best protection from the weather. Brad and his crew were always courteous, hard working and ready to answer any questions we had while they were doing the job at the end of every day and when the job was complete they left the site picked up and neat. Brad was hands on and on site which was a comforting feeling and after the work was done he was able to explain any issues they had found and explain how they had addressed them. "Capital did an outstanding job riffing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend."
