"I made the appointment to have Chad Vrany come out and give us an estimate to take down an oak that had been dead since before we moved into the house.  It was a tricky location--in the backyard, about a foot from the back of the garage, with power lines in the way and little room to fit equipment.  He arrived right on time and walked around the property to give us a thorough outline of the scope of work, how long it would take, etc.  He even gave us some advice on some other items (a silver maple that had been planted by the previous owner that was going to become a problem as it grew, how to get rid of some ivy that just wouldn't go away, etc).  Very knowledgeable, very personable.  The only reason we didn't go with them was because the estimate he gave us was more than the other two estimates we received from other companies combined, even though the scope of work was identical.   <br /> Overall, if I ever need tree work done again, I will definitely call them for another quote.  I trusted that he knew what he was talking about and that they could get the job done.  But I'm also going to call other companies to make sure the estimate is reasonable. <br />"
