Last week I started seeing problems with the guttering and when I contacted Solar, they sent out a rep to look at the guttering and according to him the guttering was a truly embarrassing work of installation. His comment after inspecting the guttering was " this guttering was not installed properly and I'll be surprised if this guttering even stays on for a year!" I am now responsible for, as they put it, "removing and properly reinstalling the gutters myself!!" He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left.
