"Ken Wilson, the salesman at Stone Fabricators, was easy to work with. The same day that I emailed the company about getting an estimate, Ken was at our house taking measurements. That same day, he dropped by with granite samples (which we were allowed to keep) so that we could compare the stones' colors to our cabinets and appliances. The templating was easy, and the install even easier. The workers that installed the countertops were friendly, it only took them about 2-3 hours, and the site was cleaned. The countertops look wonderful. As part of the contract, Stone Fabricators makes clear that the tear out of the existing countertops, and installation of the faucet, is done by a third party. You pay the third party directly. Nick, the person who handled our tear out, was easy to work with, was in-and-out of the house quickly, and did a great job. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. My only complaint is that during the install the company does not caulk the countertops (which is disclosed in the contract). Not a big deal, it's a $4 tube of caulk. My problem is that every time I try and caulk something, it looks awful . . . so I asked Nick to do it and he gladly did."

"They came into my apartment and cleaned the floor, and they put a sealer on the floor tiles and I have people in there they would fall in case it gets wet. It looks really nice. I have been happy with them. The owner Chuck Hunley is very sincere, does not seem to be intimidating, soft spoken and he guarantees his work so opposed to a lot of people. If one is not satisfied he will come out and make it right. As far as being on time, that is also a bad thing out here, people tell you they will be here and they don't show up, don't even call you to tell you that they are not coming so you spend a lot of time waiting and then being dissatisfied. I find his price is very fair. Overall I was very satisfied with them. I will use them again."

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
