He and his crew came out right away prior to a storm a couple of days later, (which would have certainly caused the limb to finish breaking within the tree), and got the limbs cut, not just on the tree of concern, but also trees in other parts of my yard. He got them piled up neatly, and removed the piles in short order. Great job, and I highly recommend!"
