"Jake was very professional and easy to work with as far as scheduling, etc. We had a patio resurfaced. It looks 1000 times better than before. The crew was efficient and left the work area clean each time they were here. They were careful and examined the work after each step. They decided to redo part of the patio because the base coat didn't adhere properly -- they did this without being asked. Overall, they did a very good job; a little disappointed that they couldn't level minor (less than 1/4") depressions in the concrete where water puddles after it rains, but they told me at the outset that they couldn't do that. It wasn't cheap to hire them, but after watching the work that they put in, I feel that I got my money's worth!"

Floor looks great, far better than if i had allowed a painter to apply an epoxy kit from one of the paint companies like Sherwin Williams. Jake and team first fixed all the cracks on floor, then used machine to treat floor before first of three epoxy layers plus the flakes. We could not be happier. More expensive than the paint epoxy kits but will last longer. i felt very confident using a local company who also does commercial applications in addition to residential. "Dan and Dave did is phenomenal job repairing our hardwood floor. We removed a chimney and hearth and hired them to patch up the floor. After finding some old termite damage to the joists and an area under the old hearth that needed bracing for safety, we discussed the new way forward and agreed with the plan and additional cost. The additional cost was unexpected but reasonable for what needed to be done. They were open and honest with us the entire time. After securing the area under our floor, they installed the new hardwood and it looks great.
