"Fraudulent business ? unpaid services and fake receipts I was hired by Grow'N Mow Landscaping & Hardscaping (grownmowlandscaping.com) to build and maintain their website. After nearly two years of work, the owner Enrique failed to pay the agreed $5,000+ bill. He repeatedly promised payment via text ("I will pay", "don't worry"), sent fake payment receipts, and eventually blocked me. When I removed the site due to non?payment, he created a new site on Wix and refused to settle the debt. If you are a freelancer or vendor, avoid this business unless you get full payment upfront. Unreliable and dishonest."

"I just can't say enough about Pro Tech Employee Derek Touzin! I have been dealing with Pro Tech Lawn Sprinklers for years and years, and they are simply THE BEST, and I always ask for Derek to come over!!!! Not only is Derek a great all around guy, he's stupendously funny, and he is an expert at his job! He ALWAYS puts a big smile on my face! I know when he comes over to our house to do Spring startup or Fall shut down, or any repairs that may be needed, I don't have to worry that the job is done right! HE'S THE BEST EVER!!!! I highly recommend this company for your lawn sprinkler needs! "

"I Used them for firewood and received the worst wood I’ve ever seen - mostly super short and full of wet, rotting wood and bark. I was also told it was a full cord even though it seemed quite short. After pulling what I could salvage I finally hired someone else to haul away the last 20% - anything to get it out of my driveway. When I told them it wasn’t great looking wood Riley responded that it was “good wood for burning”, and he couldn’t help me “if I was buying for the ambience”. Called Kathy and complained about wood quality - was told they would send me a $100 refund (spent $315 on wood, plus $30 to another guy haul it away). I would never buy wood from them again. If they’d rip me off on firewood, I’d hesitate to trust them for anything else."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! The service from trugreen was tolerable and each year it has gotten worse. This year no one even shows up anymore to do the contracted service. They blamed the system then they ran out of excuses. And don't try speaking to a manager you have to go through their 1800 reps who read from a script and have to message a mgr which they tell you will call you back in 24 to 48 hrs. No mgr is available immediately to speak with. Then after 48 hours no call they tell you after having to call back to request a mgr again it is really 72 hrs. Needless to say still no call 72 hrs later. They offer free service for their errors and still provide no service. This summer they came in April for lawn service then after I called in July they finally did a second treatment and then still haven't shown up for treatment 3 and it's end of September. My contract has 6 services plus grub control application from April to Oct. Not even half the services were done. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!"

FAQs for lawn and garden sprinkler system installation projects in Wareham, MA

While drip irrigation systems have higher upfront costs, they can save you money in the long run. By delivering water directly into the soil with minimal evaporation and runoff, drip irrigation systems conserve water and improve efficiency. This means better performance and results for your landscaping, and cost savings over the system's lifespan.

Yes, irrigation systems can add value to your home, especially when installed with high-quality materials and a solid design. A well-irrigated landscape enhances curb appeal and can attract potential buyers. However, poor design or installation may reduce performance and even decrease your property's value. Hiring an expert for installation and performing regular maintenance is key to securing the long-term benefits.

A local irrigation professional can help you check your drip irrigation system to make sure it's in good shape. You'll want to make sure the water pressure is in a good range, repair any leaks as soon as possible, and cover the cost to winterize your sprinkler system as recommended by your irrigation contractor.

A drip irrigation system lasts between 10 and 15 years. This lifespan is determined by the quality of materials, the precision of installation, and regular professional maintenance. Unlike traditional sprinkler systems that can last up to 50 years, the thinner piping used in drip systems is more sensitive to UV exposure and environmental wear. Proper upkeep and timely repairs enhance durability and ensure consistent irrigation performance.

Drip irrigation is best suited for plant beds, containers, greenhouses, and row crops. It supplies water directly to individual plants, ensuring precise moisture control where it is needed most. For areas with simple layouts, above-ground systems work efficiently, while subsurface installations may be cost-prohibitive in spaces with extensive tree roots or irregular terrain. Proper planning maximizes the benefits of drip irrigation across a variety of applications.
