So, when our lights were flickering and some decided to stop working, he was the first person we thought of to call. He took a few minutes to discuss on the phone the problems we were encountering and offered some suggestions. We were at work trying to address the problem. Frank came by the house within 15 minutes of our conversation to check out the issue, luckily other family was home. Long story short, the electricity problem was an outside line power company issue. Frank made the call to the power company and the issues with electricity in our home were resolved later that morning. Frank is trustworthy and does right by his clients.
