"Called on a Sunday and RPO came over right away. The problem was assessed and additional tools were needed so RPO left to get them and came back with an assistant. They identified where the leak was and removed the tile to get to the leak. The tile removal was limited to just what was needed to do the job. After the first repair was done the air check found a second leak that was repaired. Once water pressure was restored some faucet leaks were found that needed parts to fix. The jobsie was left clean until the parts could be ordered. A second visit fixed the facets. Overall the job went very well and the off hours response was excellent. <br />"

"This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. Extremely professional and police. This man deserves a raise. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I see exactly why they are highly rated and recommended. I was searching for someone fast. They were the first pop up. So glad I called them. This was what was in our pipes. Ryan get it cut out pretty fast. Yes those are tree roots, not a dead animal lol But ive never dealt with a home repair company that was so polite. Yes it as a pricey repair, but the quality of work and politeness and how well he cleaned up our bathroomwhen finished, make it work every penny. Thank you again and please give him a raise. "Our sump pump was running almost continuously for weeks, and listening closely by the water meter we knew that the main water line coming from the city was leaking. We got proposals from more than one contractor and selected Pearson because I liked their confidence and their proposed solution of how they would install a new main water line. They were a bit higher in price than others but I went with them. They did an outstanding job, with minimal excavation near the street, and zero mess with our landscaping as well as inside our home where the line meets the meter. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. Our water was only turned off for under 3 hours, and the entire job including back fill of the excavation was about four and a half hours. I will absolutely be using Pearson for any and all plumbing issues in the future."

"At the time of this service, our family was going through a medical emergency.  Of course, a house where the main drain isn't working is also an emergency, so we had to proceed with the repair.  Because of the medical emergency, we were unable to be at the home during the repairs, which made it more difficult on us.  Schmitz's Plumbing was aware of what was going on, and I feel did a fine job helping us out while not trying to take advantage of the situation.  They did find the additional problem, but I am confident that the repair of this problem at this time was to our advantage in the end.  Of course, the additional work did add to the original quote, but not significantly and I feel it was fair.  Overall I feel they did a fine job, were courteous and professional, and were fairly priced. <br />"

"I called Frinks sewer and drain office at 11:30 am and I had Chris and Todd here by 12:30 to clear a slow moving floor drain that we typically have rodded every couple of years as a preventive measure. . <br /> Both men were very polite and worked on my drain for 45 minutes or so to include cleaning up the floor. They recommended a camera through the drain to see why the drain was still a little slow after the rodding was completed. I didn't think that that was necessary at this time and felt the work they did do was acceptable and that the drain wasn't going to be any better than the work that was completed. <br /> <br />"
