"I have never had such outstanding customer service and value from a contractor. The gas company turned off our gas after they detected an outside leak. Brandon came by and gave me an estimate assuming worst case (having to dig up and replace the gas line, along with some other work indoors required by the gas company). Brandon and his crew began digging up the gas line but discovered black earth that he suspected was discolored from the gas leak. He was able to fix the line where the leak was instead of replacing the entire line. He even called the gas company after the repair (finishing at 8 pm), waited until the gas company could come out to verify the integrity of the repair, and got our gas turned back on at about 9:30 that evening. This was when the temperature outside was 5 degrees! He didn't want us to have to go another night without heat. Wow. He also discounted the indoor repairs by $900 by finding a way to fix a gas line without having to replace the entire line. If you are in the Charleston WV area, you can't go wrong calling Brandon!"

"The 1st crew that showed up was supposed to dig the holes for the anchors and shoot the anchors from the house out into our yard.  After 6+ hrs of digging with shovels and post hole diggers, they gave up and said they would have to leave it for the next crew because of rocks and the tree in our yard.  So for 3 days we had massive holes in our yard.  The next crew were scheduled to start on Monday but we were never given a time.  At 9 I called to see when they were coming. I was told between 11 and 11:30.  At 2, I called back to see why they STILL weren't there.  They finally arrived at 2:45.  Tuesday they were supposed to be there by l2:30, but at 2 they called and said, sorry we aren't coming.  Finally, on Wednesday, they showed up when they said they were going to and actually put in a full days work.  Thursday, 2 guys came back to finish the final touches.  Friday, they came around 5 to put in the jacks because they needed the blocks to cure.
As for the work, when they finally decided to work, they worked hard and efficiently.  They cleaned up after themselves, reseeded my yard and made sure everything was how we expected it.  The new walls are great.  The new sump pump seems to be working great and the jacks are much more sturdy than our previous supports.

"These guys were phenomenal. We hired them to replace our shower faucet and shower head yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will say that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but I completely understand why. What I was super impressed with was any time they had to go get parts or do this or that, he would ask me to come and look at what he's doing. Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but he explained everything in great detail about what they were doing, what needed to be done and why. He kept me so very well informed throughout the entire job. They worked very fast but not too fast to make mistakes. They cleaned up after the job very nicely and very timely. Kudos to them! I would absolutely 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing job and we will absolutely use them if needed in the future! Two areas of feedback. 1 -They had to replace panel behind our hallway toilet. It's just a smidge crooked. To be fair, the old panel was painted the same color as the walls, so it's very possible the old one wa a crooked too and we just didn't notice. And 2 - maybe look into booties to cover your rubber boots for non emergency situations? This is by no means a complaint. Plumbing is a messy job and I appreciate everything they did. Just a suggestion!"
