We wanted to renovate our family room that had a terrible drop ceiling with florescent lighting. They were able to add a full drywall ceiling with can lighting as well as replace the carpet with some vinyl flooring, fix the drywall and repaint the walls. The job they did was outstanding. Their workers were meticulous, careful and considerate of your home and made sure to clean up their mess everyday. We were so happy with the work, when we had to do some bathroom work this November, we called Salvador and his crew again to redo our main bathroom and the work done with the tiling was stunning! "Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. "These guys did an OUTSTANDING job. We are in our 70s and I have built four homes over the years and renovated existing structures. I would have to say that NorPro did perhaps the best job that I have experienced in properties built/renovated in seven cities / four states. "We needed crown molding & painting in 3 of our rooms, dining, living, and den. Nermin came to the house and took measurements. The next day he emailed us a quote for material and labor. We then agreed to terms and a date to begin the project. Nermin brought his crew on the agreed date and they were able to complete the project in one day. Our house is old and the ceiling/walls are uneven. Therefore, Nermin had to do extra work to acheive the right fit. The end result is gorgeous...paint and all! "James does a nice job, and he is a great guy. It does take a while to get the job done, be prepared for that and you should be very pleased with the outcome. Keep the lines of communication open, and James will do his best to please you. He was extremely skilled moving the 1930 cabinet and reinstalling it. Once we have finished painting it... no one will know that this wasn't its original location in our home. I'm thrilled with that. I was afraid that it would look out of place, but James made it look original. The new kitchen pantry was a little more work on my part. Clearly communicating what I wanted, was a little hard than I expected. It is done now and I couldn't be more pleased. James carpentry skills have made my home much more functional while looking great at the same time."

I left him an initial voicemail which he returned within the day. He then immediately scheduled an appointment to see the property before receiving the architectural drawings. He spent over an hour with me walking through the site and explaining potential challenges on site.
