"From start to finish it has been an outstanding experience working with Julio Checon. What I like about Julio is that he is first and foremost a roofer. Some companies say they are roofers first, but in fact they are all about the sale. This was not the case with Julio. All Over Exterior has excellent reviews across multiple web sites - Google, Anji, BBB among others. I originally located Julio on the GAF website, where they are certified as a GAF Master Elite company. Quick response to all matters of communication and scheduling. Julio listened to my concerns with the roof, gutters, stucco and windows. He walked the entire roof and took a lot of photos and we discussed his findings. I appreciated his honesty and his advice. I asked for a proposal which I received the same day along with the photos he took earlier. The proposal was very detailed and included the company’s liability insurance, warranties and other company and GAF information. I was pleasantly surprised that he did not push any of the more expensive products. I was given a heads-up on what to expect the day of the re-roofing. The crew showed up on time. They were extremely hard working, polite, and respectful of my property and my neighbors. Great care was taken to protect the house, landscaping and A/C units from falling debris. Julio, who was there for most of the day and all afternoon, would periodically take drone photos and videos of the progress and message them to me. Debris and trash were removed throughout the day. The yard was raked and followed up using a magnate to pick up nails. My adjacent neighbors’ properties were cleaned as well. When they finished and drove away, you wouldn’t have known that I had a roof installed…until you looked up. I highly recommend All Over Exterior, Inc. Julio and his crew did an outstanding job. No detail was overlooked. It was truly a great experience."

"These guys are great. They removed and replaced shingles. They replaced a piece of decking that was found to be going bad. Fixed my gutters replaced all my down spouts. They did everything from remove old to install and cleanup looks amazing. They even Have an interior crew they use come in and fix / repair the ceiling, painted, installed new insulation in the spot that needed it. Alex the owner was friendly helpful explained everything. And was always in constant communication with us. Very highly recommend these guys."

They took great care in covering up with tarps some recent new work I had done in my flower garden. They also fixed some plywood areas on the roof that needed to be replaced. I am extremely happy with the new roof and would highly recommend using Steve Saxon for all your roofing needs. They cleaned up all areas very well and left me with a huge smile on my face knowing I don’t have to worry any more about having any sort of roof leaks."

"My roof was replaced in 2022 by "Vista and Restoration. I had many problem and leaks cause water damage in my 3 bad rooms, living room, and game rooms cause by poor work man ship. Their response is very poor and I have not been successful in getting the company to do the repairs and getting runaround and now no response. Block my phone and text me that he is out of Business. I can't trust the business. It will cost me $5000 to repair the problem."

"After the initial consultation they forgot to send me the estimate until I requested it. We had discussed adding two new bathroom vents and we were told it wasn't a problem. They were the cheapest bid for the same materials as all the other companies we had spoken with, so we set a date to start the work. On the day of the install no one showed up and I received a call a few hours later stating they didn't have a crew and we rescheduled it for a few days later. Again, no one showed up. We rescheduled it a final time and someone finally came to do the install. The crew that came did a good job with the install but the clean-up with the magnetic sweeper was not great. There were nails, roof tiles, and debris that was not hard to see and was left for us to clean. They completed the job rather late and I noticed the next morning that the bathroom vents had not been cut out like discussed. I called and was told that because I never told them where to put the holes they couldn't do it. I was not aware I was responsible for letting them know where to cut the holes. I was also home all day and no one came to ask me where to cut the holes. They offered to come and cut the holes after they were finished but after taking off three days from work already and the roof was complete I did not want them to tear it up. I got a new roof but I would rather pay more money to have a company that is more responsible and respectful to the customer and their time."
