"It was such a pleasure to work with this company. We will definitely be sure to recommend them at every chance we get. We just moved into a home that had a wreck of a backyard, just weeds, dirt, and gopher holes. Including Landscape Locators, we had three landscapers bid the project. First, I spoke with Kevin over the phone. He explained the two sides of their business, asked what we were looking for, and then recommended which side made the most sense based on what our needs and budget were. The first side of their business is to list out the project and solicit bids from several of the over 40 landscape and hardscape contractors they have a relationship with and have fully vetted. This way you don't have to solicit all the contractors yourself. The second side of their business, and the one in which was recommended to us and we therefore used, was to have the landscape and hardscape done by them. Once Kevin told us this is likely the avenue we would take, he had his business partner, Andrew, come out to our house to assess the backyard. Andrew was at our house within a few days and again took the time to explain the business models of the company. He was sure to actually provide recommendations on the backyard style and plants to use (something we did not get from other companies). I appreciated that because I don't believe to know everything about your business, just as you don't know everything about what I do. Recommendations are always welcomed and appreciated. Since Andrew agreed that this was a project for their company to do, he set up an appointment for Jesse to come to the house. Jesse was there within a few days, took measurements, and provided additional recommendations. At no point during Andrew's nor Jesse's meetings did we feel oversold to or pushed by them. They were helpful, answered our questions, and got back to us later if we had additional questions. Within a few more days, we had a bid on the project based on Jesse's measurements and our rough plan. We then scheduled the project out for their next available time, which was three weeks later. In the week before, I spoke with Jesse several times about the products we were going to purchase, where we could go look at pavers, and other questions I had. Jesse and his team worked from early morning until about 5pm for six days straight. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. They were courteous, hard working, and very professional. Once done, Jesse walked us through everything that was planted, the mechanics of the sprinkler system, and the timeline for actually getting to use our new grass. We could not be more thrilled with the process from beginning to end. We felt that Andrew and Jesse were always there to answer our questions and follow through on their promises. Definitely get a quote from them if you need a project done."

"Jay was very professional and thorough.  He called and texted and arrived on time, clean, very nice, and cleaned up.  He came by to check the traps regularly, and said we could call him between checks if necessary (it wasn't).  We had a missing screen to our crawl space, and as it was not a regular size, he did quite a bit of investigation and trial and error until he found a screen that fit perfectly (and installed it).  For such a creepy problem, Jay made this a very easy experience, taking care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  I'd hire them back in a minute (although I hope I never need to!) <br />"

After checking the reviews on Angie's List, I chose Nature Rite. RJ was punctual, informative, and really listened to my goals and concerns. There was no hard sell AT ALL. We discussed various options and RJ treated the yard and the perimeter around the house that day. We've seen a dramatic decrease in ant activity in the past couple of weeks and there was no chemically smell associated with his treatment. I'm delighted with his service and we have signed on to his quarterly plan. "We went through an ugly and difficult eviction process to remove a long term tenant that had been difficult for many years. We needed an honest and thorough estimate of necessary repairs to justify our retention of their security deposit. From our experience elsewhere we found that his estimates were very affordable and in line with what we would have expected in a best case scenario. His estimates to replace windows were affordable and far less than the inflated estimates we had repeatedly received from windows-only sales people. He carefully researched his materials costs (doors, windows, landscaping materials, etc.) and provided us with the estimate in a timely fashion. We were pleased to pay him the reasonable estimate fee that he had quoted us prior to making the estimate. <br /> We would have no hesitation in using his services in the future or in recommending him to others. <br />"
