"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. "This first heavy rain we had the start of the new year we noticed we had two leaks in our house coming from the roof. We called several companies and a majority of them had already been booked solid. We were able to have a few companies come out and give us quotes. One of the companies we had come out was Seal Tight Roofing and they sent Peter to come out and give us a quote. Peter came out got on the roof and not only did he inspect the areas that were leaking but the entire roof as well. Explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it in detail. Me and my wife sat down and went over all the quotes we received. We were really impressed with Peter and the reviews the company had received that kept coming back to wanting Seal tight to do the work. So we decided to have Seal Tight do the repair and schedule with Peter to have them start on a Thursday. Then on Wednesday he called me while I was at work and explained he needed to move up our appointment to today because of the rain that was anticipated on Friday . I thought that was very proactive on his part and that it said a lot about the company. So I said OK and they started that day. They knocked it out in two days and fixed the 2 areas where we had leaks as well as repairing all the broken tiles and opening up the valleys. His crew was very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. Peter himself showed up every day going over everything withnhis crew. He would be on site for a few hours and come back thru the day, not just drop off his crew and not see him till end of the day. Which I know companies do. He also explained to me what to do to maintenance the roof which was very helpful. I definitely would recommend Seal Tight Roofing to anyone in need of roof work."
