"Marcos arrived exactly on time.he got right to work and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. My problem was a straight-forward issue. He understood I had the same problem repeatedly and offered possible solutions that were affordable and sensible. One of the best features besides the courtesy camera inspection is the significant credit I will receive on the future project I plan to complete. "Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
