Brandon showed up early, went straight to the issue, and resolved.... in less than a few hours. Sounds easy? Sure until you see the huge hole he had to dig... and today it's like it never happened! I would say our grass is actually greener than before, and we made it in time for Taco Tuesday. Lets be clear, prices were a steal considering they came out and resolved.... same day! "I liked the plumber. He was fast and he didn't even charge me for driving out here. He determined that it wasn't a plumbing problem and was an air conditioning problem. All he wanted was the gas money for driving out here. So, I gave him the gas money, which was $10 or $20. He first asked me for the gas money over the phone. He was great. I would give him a very good review. Overall, he was excellent. He was a really nice guy. It was perfectly understandable when he asked me for the gas money. He could have charged for the service call, but he didn't. He really didn't do any work, but diagnosed if it was a plumbing problem or not. His responsiveness was really good. He came out when he could and drove out here. If need be, then I would call him again in the future."

"Had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Had my independent plumber try to fix it, didn't have equipment to repair line. Called another company and waiting a week for them to show up. When they did didn't bring the proper equipment. After calling them manager said he didn't care and told me had to wait another 5 days. I called my independent plumber and recommended Precision. Call and they sent a plumber out the next day. This was a Friday afternoon. Couldn't get enough of the water out to see with a camera what was going on. Coming back Monday. Had to wait until Wednesday plumbers out sick.  By this time getting frustrated. Worried that maybe have a broken pipe or belly in the line, and would have to jack hammer into the floor to fix. <br />   But when Matt showed up he decided to rotor router it again. Finally got through and everything was fine. Just stuff stuck at a 90 degree turn in the line. Saved us thousands of dollars.  Had me look at the entire line so I knew it was cleared. Will call them again for plumbing problems. <br />"
