"John" called to ask if it was okay if the repair person came a little early (by about 15 minutes) and I said certainly it was okay.  The man who came, and I'm afraid I didn't get his name right, but it was something like "Herve" was amazingly kind and courteous.  He did everything as far as I could tell that the "deal" said he would.  His English was maybe a bit limited, but it did not seem to matter because he just knew what he was supposed to do.  He replaced a tile that had fallen off the roof; he secured others and caulked cracked tiles.  After he had put everything on the truck to leave I remembered that I wanted him to also look at a chipped part of my patio ceiling that I thought might be caused by a leak.  (He was inspecting the roof, not my ceiling).  Right away he pulled off the ladder and went to work looking under the roof tile where I was concerned. He took a picture to show me it wasn't very bad at all and really didn't need much attention.   He then caulked a small area that appeared might (or could) have a problem and used a longer staple to secure part of the paper or mat under the tile.  All with a smile.  John, too, the contact person, seemed to be very accommodating and courteous.  It was just a pleasure to deal with a company who showed up and actually did what they were supposed to do without any hassle or grief.  I thought they might try and use the deal as a way of telling me I had all kinds of problems with my roof and it would cost me a bundle.  No way!  I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"The person came on time and did the inspection.  He sealed around the roof vents Said he found something wrong with the flat root.  I indicated that the roof had been modified so that the water would drain.  He said they would submit a proposal and estimate for repair.  That was the last I heard from the company.  I have not approached them again.

"The roofers came earlier than I expected. However, they were very efficient about the repairs and worked quickly. The only problem was that the diagram created by the estimator was not provided to the repairers, and as such they missed the biggest problem on the roof. (They were only told to repair four tiles, which they did. That means they found one that the estimator did not see.) When I questioned if they had repaired the one I was most concerned about, they looked and realized that they had missed it. They then repaired it promptly."
