From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat’s proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We’ve experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat!"

I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new. 

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment. 

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"I don't feel disappointed with the pricing. They just really need to make sure that the work that they want to have done is all in the contract. They really need to check when the workers were done and how the work appears. It's going to take several days. I need to check every single day what's going on because there's supposed to be the tightening up but they made it like leaving loose shingles playing around on the roof. I felt like I had to keep after them to keep them at par. They have a really good form end up. The form was not here when they were doing the work. The roof work was done. I felt satisfied with the way things are done."

"Of course I can't tell from the ground and/or with my limited experience the true quality of the work, but I have no reason to doubt it. They came quickly and beat a forecast rain for that day of or next day. In fact they worked in a light mist and completed the work just in time. The price quoted was adhered to and suggestions for other parts of the roof--sealing/flashing pipes that had gaps around them was appreciated and done. Their quote was better than others even with the additional elements and the warranty the same as one other roofer. All in all, I am satisfied with the service and the work."
