I had the other company come out 6-7 times and i was told its just the brand of door and it was normal but I knew it was not normal to make that much noise. I called Thunder Mountain they came out the next day, the door guy was so polite and they adjusted the rails, springs and lubed the door and now its so quiet and smooth.
