"We had a great experience with Giove Renovations for our recent addition. The work was so well done, all inspections were passed on the first round, they were incredibly neat and finished before we expected them to. They gave us a timeline of 4-6 months to add on a family room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry and make modifications to the existing layout. We figured 4-6 months meant more like 6-8, but they finished in exactly 5 months from the first dig. Luca and Antonio are perfectionists and were very accommodating. Most importantly we felt they were very honest and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Giove to do the next phases of our project."

"Monk's does a highly professional well managed renovations project from start to finish. Once project is signed off on, a project manager handles it all. In my case it was Matthew Ayers. He addressed any concerns or changes I presented in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My project was a bathroom remodel that turned out absolutely beautiful with wonderful craftsmanship. Thanks to the initial design consultations in their studio with Cortney it turned out perfect. Much patience from the Monk's team while I made numerous changes, adds, etc. There was a glitch or two with verifying the supplies, incorrect toilet which caused a delay since it had to be reordered. Due to supply chain issues, this delayed the time to complete. Otherwise the project manager, Matthew made arrangements to accommodate any inconvenience. I was completely satisfied two years ago when I first worked with Monk's for my kitchen remodel and was so pleased with that project that I decided to give them my bathroom project this past year. I have other projects on the horizon and won't hesitate to go with them again."
