However when the enclosure arrived, the company was not able to install it. We had to get a custom extension to the pan in order for installation to be done at a cost of 600.00. <br /> After installation we had 2 minor leaks around clamps, Company was responsive in addressing these leaks."

"They were on-time in all cases, efficient and speedy in their job. The first time one of the windows provided was the wrong size despite them having measured it. Once I got a hold of the manager of the office, they did fix it at their cost, although initially, were trying not to. Sending pictures of the 2 inch gap and getting the manager were key. The result was that I was satisfied with the final job. I did hire them again to replace a window that the double paned sealant broker and I needed a new window. They were very efficient in the replacement and cleaned up after themselves well despite having to break the original glass to do the replacement."
