"We hired this company for roof shingle replacements after a wind storm. He responded quickly, got the shingles replaced for us and continued to work in the dark until the job was done. However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."

"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better."

"I had three contractors bid on the replacement of the roofs on my house and garage. All three were very professional, they offered a quality product, and gave me a thorough explanation of what they would do. One offered an Owens Corning roof and the other two proposed virtually identical GAF roof systems. StormProof's price on the GAF roof system I now have was the lowest bid. The lowest price is nice, but I don't compromise on quality and service. I'm very particular about my house. Arber Shehu, the owner of StormProof Exteriors, asked me questions that the other two contractors didn't ask. He wanted to make sure I was getting the roof I wanted, and that I understood why he was recommending certain things. I felt more confident that I was making the right choice in hiring him to do the job. I also liked the fact that the company is located in the city of Milwaukee, where I live. I prefer to give my money to other members of my community who are invested in my city, rather than to suburban and exurban contractors who are happy to take money from Milwaukee residents, but don't want to live here, and probably say awful things about the city and its residents while they haul our dollars out to the suburbs. I always consider that when I hire a contractor."

"I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the  Home/Garden show.  I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later.  We scheduled an appointment.   Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both.  I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back.  I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone).   John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected.  Both Nick and John were very professional and personable.  They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious.  They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :).   I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide."
