"Justin Castleman is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He is willing to help diagnose issues over the phone if you feel like you're handy enough to do some things yourself but want to have a professional opinion before you get in over your head. <br /> In my case the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom shower got saturated and fell down so I knew I had an issue with my shower above. Using Angie's list, I found Justin's business and saw he had good ratings so I called him and he gave me some things to try to determine where the leak was coming from. I was able to determine it was coming from the shower's drain flange so I scheduled a time for Justin to come by which was within 2 days. At the time I scheduled this little did I know that I'd be losing my job the next day so income was now non existent. My shower was leaking, however, and I needed to get it fixed but now I needed it done on the cheap rather than paying for the full job as I was planning on. <br /> Justin arrived at the scheduled time and I told him about my situation and he understood and was willing to work with me to make sure I got my shower drain fixed but not "break the bank" in the process. He told me some things I could do to save some cost and suggested I go to one of the "big box" stores to get the supplies we needed in order to save some money. I got the supplies, did some demo work and Justin installed all the parts with a little help from me and everything worked out great. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or for a better plumber to work with. <br /> Take my advice and call Justin if you need any type of plumbing work done...you won't be disappointed. <br />"

"We have a small kitchen sink cabinet, that was going to be difficult to get into to change out the leaking Kohler Faucet that was installed 12 years ago when we remodeled the kitchen. The Granite counter top space between the back of the sink and the wall was very small (see picture), and the sink was really deep, there was no way I could even come close to doing this job myself. I just used Gene A Wagner Plumbing this morning for a kitchen sink faucet replacement. Karl showed up exactly on time, and was done and out in less than an hour and a half. Did an excellent job, worked clean, very personable, and the best price I found for the job, after calling several of the plumbers on this list, and not even getting the courtesy of a call back.. Excellent service, and will be my go to for plumbing work in the future."

"I had a leak in the main drain stack in the basement of my 1914 home. Nothing major, but a steady drip. Jason Miller came over to inspect and give me an estimate. The estimate to replace the drain stack and replumb the kitchen sink (which he said was not up to code and with which I was experiencing problems) was $390. We scheduled a day. There a few missed repair days due to unexpected conflicts by both parties but Jason arrived on the day we finally scheduled and promptly got to work. He had all of the materials needed and he go right to work. It turns out that the stack was within weeks of total failure as it was rusted clean through. The old metal pipe was replaced with non rusting PVC. The job was finished in 3 1/2 hours. You could tell by the way he worked he was experienced and knew just what to do.  He needed a few extra pieces not included in the original bid but the final price was with in $25 of that quoted. The job site was cleaned up and everything works perfectly. <br /> We are extremely pleased with the work and plan on using JM plumbing again for all of our plumbing needs. <br />"

"Recommended to us by our boiler service. They were very nice on the phone. Talked with my wife and answered all our questions. They were very responsive and got a new "short unit" installed for us in a couple of days. The installation looks clean and professional. They also installed new ducting to the chimney vent. Every water heated I have ever had just plain fails and you have no warning usually so shopping for a new one can be a pain. This was easy as it could be."
