"I called them back because they had done a good job patching and preparing the wood for painting.  They do a nice job and invite you to look over an area when it is completed to make sure you are satisfied.  Eddie and his helper are high energy young men, very polite and willing to do what you ask of them.  I would have no problems having them back for any painting project.

 The drywall repair was a different matter.  95% of the job was fine but there was very little attention to detail at the baseboard area and around the electrical box.  He came by at 7:30 AM to do the "Finishing Touch" and as it was early and behind a bed I really did not notice the problem areas.  I did, however, notice them when I went to paint the patched area.  The electrical outlet was unusable and the baseboard was still full of hardened drywall mud.  So before I could paint  I spent a lot of time re-installing the outlet, scraping the baseboard, and resealing the bottom of the patch.  I also noticed some dents in the new drywall that should have been filled and sanded. Attention to detail is what makes a drywall patch look invisible.

They definitely needed more than 2 guys for the job because my yard is quite large and has lots of obstacles, so it took 3x longer than he kept saying, and a bit of damage was done to the landscaping, irrigation and lighting in the yard. Which I think could’ve been planned for better if the owner had come look for himself. BUT— I’m still happy with the work because everything got done quickly for how challenging it was and it looks great."
