Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"The Schebler Company was extremely professional from start to finish. Charlie Crabb, equipment sales, provided all requested information and quoted several different alternatives. He also performed a heat loss/heat load calculation on the property to assure proper sizing. Mike Nelson, the installer, did a great job and takes a lot of pride in his work. Two days after installation I requested assistance from Schebler due to a health problem that I have. Charlie responded immediately, and came to my house within hours to assist with and resolve the situation. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the project. "I provided material and Stonebrook did roofing. They claimed platinum certified for owen corning. The crew came in and seem to be from another sub contractor. They did good work but took short cuts . No one was there to supervise. Like they cut ice and water shield and did not overlap. I am not sure if they are the best but certainly better than lot of local folks. Cost vs value - Six nails, timely and punctual, but took some short cuts during installation. Ridge cap was installed with nails opposite the wind direction. Not good. I called them and the crew will be here to fix. Sorry! I wish I could give A. <br />"

"The guys that did the work were excellent. The man and his helper were just as sweet as they could be. They were recommended by the company that we bought the shingles from. I got into a bind with my satellite provider, and it had to be moved. They were very patient through all of that. They always knocked on the door to let me know that they were there to work each morning. They took special care to make me feel comfortable. They cleaned up so well after themselves, and raked up every little piece of shingle. They price was reasonable, and he guarantees the work for life."
