" They did a magnificent job with our bathroom. Shay was the one who coordinated everything and Aitan did much of the work, including a masterful job with all the tiles. There were some unexpected problems along the way but Shay and Aitan handled it all without complaining. At one point our cat crawled into a temporary hole in the wall, got stuck behind the sheetrock and plumbing and Aitan helped get her out. Top marks for a great team. We would definitely hire them again."

"In February 2019 I decided to completely renovate the only bathroom in my 1 bed/1 bath condo. The bathroom was having leaks, plumbing issues and the tub, tile and fixtures were ancient. I selected Regal through Home Advisor and I'm glad I did. The project took around 8 weeks (slowed a couple of weeks due to my own HOA) and just finished a few weeks ago. The bathroom is better then I could have envisioned. I feel like I am in a hotel when I take a bath! When I was first in contact with Regal through Home Advisor, the first step was for Ben Ezra (designer/project manager) to come to my condo. He took measurements and even created a floor plan on his computer in real time. I felt extremely comfortable with him and like he truly understood what vision and style I had. He came up with an itemized contract the next day which I felt safe signing. He even went with me to several vendors over the coming weeks to pick out items like tub, toilet, fixtures and tile. Ben was always on time and prepared. Throughout the project, everything was as stated in the contract and all rules and regulations of the HOA and LA inspector were followed by Regal. There were no up charges or hidden fees. The only increased costs were due to more expensive items I chose. The project contractor Tal Bensimon was extremely professional and every worker he had in my unit from plumbing to paint to electrical to tile to shower doors was nice and professional. My neighbors even commented positively about this. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home when I was not there. Anytime I had any questions or concerns I could reach Tal and Ben by phone/text in real time. I've never had such easy and timely communication with service people before. Tal and Ben kept me updated every step of the way. Although the process was stressful (I had shower at the gym for 2 months!), this should be expected of such a major renovation (every element of the bathroom was redone). Remodeling an entire bathroom is always going to be pricey. I got a couple quotes through Home Advisor for 5k-8k less, but who knows what types of hidden costs those companies would have sacked me with. I went with the company that seemed the most professional, organized and by the book and that was Regal. I likely saved money and time in the long run and the value of my condo has increased the cost of the renovation if not more. My experience with Regal, Ben and Tal was truly an example of 'you get what you pay for'. I now know where I will turn for any future remodeling projects I might undertake in the future. I highly recommend them, you will feel safe and taken care of with this company. "
