"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"Our project isn't actually 100% complete yet but all that is left are a few minor touch ups. And that's exactly what I want to mention here. remodels done while you are living in the house are invasive and can be overwhelming at times. Sean and Natalie made it as painless as possible. When you reach a point where it's nearly done, there are always tiny details and minor touch-ups to be handled. These folks have made it quite clear that the job is not done until I'm completely happy and every nit I can pick has been exterminated. They will bring back the carpenter, painter, whateverâ even after the Andy Gump has been hauled away and the protective paper taken up off the floor in adjacent areas, if something is foundâ maybe months later, there is no worry about Sean and Natalie standing by their work and doing whatever is needed. Their work ethic and trustworthiness is phenomenal. And let me just mention their tile workâ  GORGEOUS! In our tiny bathroom they relocated the toilet to the other side of the room, removed the old 1942 tub and put in a marvelous shower with a low curb and grab bars, floating vanity, gorgeous glass vessel sink and even replaced the window and put in a larger door for easier access. The bathroom is now much better laid out and feels twice the size even though it's exactly the same dimensions. Best part is, there is practically nothing these folks can't do. So when it comes time to do our driveway, roof, add on a room or convert our garage to guest house or apartment, they can handle everything. Their name says "Property Services" and they really can handle anything your property needs. So far, everything I've been able to compare quotes on has been very competitive too so you won't pay extra for having a one-stop shop. I really like these folks and look forward to a long relationship with them."

"We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew I DO Remodeling was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 4 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Ido was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective. He was a straight-shooter, set proper expectations and followed through during the entirety of our project. His workers were all top notch and worked hard to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our entire kitchen remodel took 5 weeks from start to finish (including Christmas and New Years). "We remodeled both of our bathrooms with Pacific Ocean Builders this past summer. We live in a 1920â s coop building in West Hollywood which has a lot of requirements for renovations. (Lots of extra paperwork, licenses, letters, strict work hours, asbestos abatements, and they also had stipulations about which plumbers we could use). Pacific Ocean Builders were very accommodating and flexible about all of our buildings needs. Pacific Ocean Builders weren't the cheapest quote we received but the had the best upfront communication and expertise which we why we chose to work with them and It was a great decision because the bathrooms came out beautiful!! The craftsmanship was an excellent and the workers was very respectful of the other spaces in our apartment. They keep all the areas of the apartment they're using clean while working. The project did take longer than we anticipated but that had nothing to do with the Erez team. I had hold ups with the building, the required sub-contractors and the DOB which was aggravating but come with the territory of this type of renovation. All that said, our favorite part of working with Pacific Ocean Builders were the accessibility. They're always available to help corral the many different moving parts of the job and it was essential that we were always able to get in touch with someone who could give us updates and help at a moments notice.
