They were able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. Vilen was the salesman who showed up to take measurements, discuss my options, and provided a written quote right then and there. When I called him back 3 months later to finally proceed, he still had all of my information handy. He was able to come over again the very next day to remeasure, confirm my order, and take the deposit (they offered several options to make a deposit which was really helpful!). Since only half our fence burned, we were trying to match what we already had, which was several years old. After the deposit was made, Vilen said it'd be about a week for them to install. Imagine my surprise when they were able to schedule me in just a day later!!! Although it was a smaller project, they had 4 workers come to dispose of our old fence, prepare the grounds, and install the new fence. They were done in just a few hours.
