The window ended up being a bigger job than expected because the exterior storm window was difficult to remove. However, Kelly got it done, then unclogged a tub drain, installed a ceiling fan, removed a broken light fixture, and fixed a sticky gate. We got a huge value for our money and will definitely call again next time we have a list of projects."

They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I would give John FIVE stars for service except the repairs he said would take a day or two took a week and during that time neither my neighbor nor I had a gate to secure our back yard. Not a big deal but if time is important to you get a firm commitment as to a completion date. Finally, John ran into minor problems which he resolved without added expense. As for value I think everyone EXCEPT ME is overpaid."
