This happened when he installed new faucets. The person before him had installed wrong which caused a leak under neath. The current job was done well. He even went back to hardware store to purchase a secure lock for side garage door so that all keys would match because I decided that I wanted a new door on the side; so he will be back in a week to install it. <br />"
