"First, we had a very difficult job that most wouldn't take on because we had an old stucco home and we wanted siding and windows and a lot of prep work was needed before siding could even get put on. That's what we were very thoroughly told before we signed with them and what we saw once the project began. We also threw a curve ball at them when we added two doors after signing, but they accommodated and we were very happy we added them to the project. What most impressed me was the cost they gave us didn't change once the project was complete, I have to tell you I was worried about that, but we were reassured the price we were given is what the price will be at the end of the project. The installers were very professional and courteous and mindful of walkways we use in keeping stuff out of the way. At the end they did a walk around to make sure we were happy with everything and we VERY happy. We love our new home! Well looks like a new home to us."

They came when they said they’d be here, did excellent and thorough work, took it in stride when I added tasks to the job, gave me a fair price for their work, and were very cautious about cleaning up and taking care when coming in and out and walking through the house. They are also highly skilled and well-rounded. They handled a leak, roofing, deck replacement, fixing siding, securing railing, trimmimg and cutting a wall, setting in cabinets, wall repair, paint, repairing tile and vinyl plank floor and moving an electrical outlet. Other estimates I had for the same jobs insisted I’d need a roofer and electrician in addition to the carpentry and general wall work. These two did it all. They were efficient with their time but never rushed. They took the time for each task that was required. On top of that, they are just really good guys with pleasant and easy-to-be-around energy. "We started with prices of a four seasons room on an existing deck which would included 2 walls. Room size 7x14, because of the price we decided to go with a 3 seasons room.We put down a deposit and was told it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks the products to build the 3 seasons room did not come, so the company did order product for a 4 seasons room and started installation at no extra cost to us. Andy was our sales rep and is very, very helpful above and beyond. Except for the length of time it took, its not exactly what we wanted but it looks great."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
