Silvio's team did a superb job precisely laying the foundation and cutting the pavers perfectly, ensuring a small degree of slope for water run off as well as correct engineering measurements on the angles of the patio. "I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"Tomas was excellent! He did an incredible job and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the work he did. He helped us demo planters and install pavers on our driveway and patio. He ran into an extra problem that we weren't expecting with slabs of concrete under the pavers but he was upfront and told us he would have to take additional time he hasn't budgeted into the initial estimate and the demo would cost more. He was professional and his initial quote was the most competitive to begin with, we agreed to a higher cost for the additional labor and he came through with great quality work that we love. We would definitely book his crew again for future projects!"

"Jerry gave me the most detailed information and idea for our patio project from the very beginning even before we decided to work with them. He also gave me a pamphlet of pavers which helped me understand our project at lot. Since our house is built on the hill, we had concern about water coming in to the house especially since we have more rain in this summer. He gave us the idea of permeable pavers, and we are so happy that we installed that. We also had a broken concrete section that needed to be fixed and he took out that section and put retaining wall. The patio space was expanded and now it looks so beautiful. Jerry and his team were always punctual and worked very hard. Despite the difficulty of the project, the work was done in 3 days or so. The quote was the most detailed quote, and he was very clear about the cost of each task. Jerry was very friendly and very professional, and I really enjoyed working with him. My patio is now surrounded by a gorgeous perennial garden, lattice and thuja combined provide a buffer from our busy street, and new hardscape has been added to move the grill out of the traffic area. Leisha had so many wonderful ideas that we ended up implementing. The people who worked on our yard were meticulous and hard working save for one subcontractor.
